Skullcandy Charging Case Hinge Broke Quickly – Warranty Claim Denied

I recently purchased a Skullcandy product, but the charging case hinge, made of plastic, became loose and detached due to heat. I immediately reported the issue and sent the product for warranty service, providing a clear explanation. However, the company dismissed it as user error and returned the product without repair or replacement. This is unacceptable for a product I just purchased—it’s clearly a quality issue, not my fault. The hinge design is weak and doesn’t hold up under normal conditions. I expect Skullcandy to address this issue, honor the warranty, and replace or repair the faulty product.
