Last week, I purchased Skinceuticals Glycolic Renewal Gel from Sachane.com, which was listed as an authorized reseller on Skinceuticals.com. However, when the product arrived, I was shocked to see that it had leaked inside the packaging.
After checking online, I found another complaint showing the same issue—the product had leaked from the back into the packaging. That customer even bought it from a pharmacy, which strongly suggests that this is a widespread defect in Skinceuticals’ production. Why is a luxury skincare brand selling products with such poor quality control? Even budget brands like Migros’ private label products have protective seals, yet this expensive product does not!
Adding to my frustration, the Moroccanoil Hydrating Leave-In Conditioner from the same order arrived without a box, loosely wrapped in thin plastic with deep scratches. Both products were clearly defective, yet Sachane.com shipped them anyway. This raises serious concerns—are they selling returned or damaged stock at full price? Or even worse, are they mixing in counterfeit products?
I am filing a formal complaint with Skinceuticals’ France headquarters. Both Sachane.com and Skinceuticals must take responsibility for this issue. I demand a full refund or proper replacements! Has anyone else experienced this? This is unacceptable for a so-called luxury brand!
