I bought an outdoor boot from Skechers' online store, the Relment-Daggett model. Due to the earthquake on February 6th, I couldn't use the product as we shifted to online education. When I finally wore it for the first time this year, I noticed a part inside was faulty, causing one of the lace attachments to come loose.

Upon contacting the company, I was told to send the product for inspection. They mentioned no repair options and stated that if the examination yielded positive results, they would issue a refund. However, I initially purchased the product for ₺1489, and now, after a year, the same item is priced at ₺3999. If the refund goes through, I'll have to buy the same product at three times the original cost. What will happen to my satisfaction as a customer in this situation? If the product is faulty and the issue is on your end, why isn't a one-to-one exchange offered? I demand a swift resolution to this situation that doesn't befit the quality of Skechers and appropriate action to be taken. At the very least, I expected the product to be repaired. Experiencing such a situation on the first use after paying a considerable amount is unacceptable.

Dear Customer, First of all, we would like to express our regret for the situation you have experienced. Decisions regarding the return or exchange of products are made by our inspection experts after the product has been examined. You can start the inspection process by sending the product along with its invoice to the address below using our contracted cargo code. The response given by the customer representatives is the same. Dear authorities, I do not want to return the product after it is "APPROVED FOR INSPECTION." I am only being told that a refund will be processed, and there is no one-to-one exchange. If I get a refund, why would I pay an extra 2500 TL to buy the same shoes again? Besides, I will never buy shoes from you again; everyone says the shoes fall apart in 3-4 months, which is another mystery.
