I've been a loyal Skechers customer for years, along with my wife and daughter. We've always found their shoes incredibly comfortable - until now. On May 6, 2024, I purchased the D'lux Walker 2.0 - Daisy Doll model (150093 gymt) from the Skechers store in Gaziosmanpaşa Viaport Venezia (Order number: 1-r-7-10151180). These shoes are extremely uncomfortable, causing blisters and making wearing them absolute torture due to the foot pain.
I contacted customer service, who directed me to return the shoes to the store. The store sent them for inspection, which unsurprisingly came back negative (request number 1-364667). You refused my request for a refund or exchange. Are we supposed to just throw away ₺3,899.00? Who's going to wear these shoes now?
The store recently messaged me to collect the inspected shoes, threatening to destroy them if I don't. Why should I have to chase after shoes that cause me pain? Has Skechers started producing uncomfortable shoes? If so, we'll stop buying them. The model looks great, but it's extremely uncomfortable - either there's an issue with this specific model, or Skechers has compromised on quality.
We don't earn money easily, and we pay this much for your shoes expecting comfort. Why are you producing shoes that cause discomfort and distress? Please have someone else try these shoes - I bet they'll say the same thing. Either you've produced a defective product, or you've intentionally made an uncomfortable shoe. This can't possibly be the same quality as the Skechers I've worn for years - it doesn't even come close!
