I purchased a pair of shoes from the Skechers online store that were advertised as waterproof. However, during the very first rain, the shoes allowed water to seep in from the sides. I reported the issue through a series of emails, after which I was asked to send the shoes in for inspection. About a week later, the shoes were returned to me along with a written response.
The product is sold as waterproof, yet it clearly lets water in, and the brand refuses to acknowledge this. On top of that, there is also visible deformation along the side stitching. In short, I have been let down by Skechers.
