Skechers Waterproof Shoes Leak In Rain - Warranty Rejects Defect Claim

I bought a pair of Skechers waterproof sports shoes with the code 2080150198BBK on 21/09/2025. On the second time I wore them, I had to walk in light rain from the shuttle stop to my workplace, and after about 7–8 minutes of walking the shoes started to let water in from the front part. A product sold as waterproof getting water from the front on such a short walk clearly did not meet my expectations. After this problem, I sent the shoes to warranty on 16/11/2025. As a result of the inspection, I was informed that the issue was considered not to be caused by the production phase, and therefore my request was rejected. I did not accept the shoes back and sent them again, because I do not find it normal for a supposedly waterproof shoe to take in water so quickly during very ordinary daily use. Since the product failed in its basic promised feature in a very short time and did not meet my expectations, I request a full refund for the shoes instead of repair or replacement.
