Skechers Max Protect Shoes Water Leaking Issue

I purchased a pair of Skechers Max Protect shoes from the Skechers store relying especially on their waterproof feature. However, I noticed that the shoes do not meet this promise, as water gets inside during rainy weather, particularly when I step into puddles. I contacted Skechers regarding this issue, but the response I received was negative and the brand did not stand behind its product, which seriously damaged my trust. I no longer want to use this product or buy from the brand again, and I intend to share this negative experience with people around me. As a result of this complaint, I request a full refund for the Skechers Max Protect shoes that failed to provide the advertised waterproof feature.
