Skechers Store Mistake: Wrong Size, Wrong Gender

I bought Skechers shoes from Ankara Forum Mall on September 21, 2023. The shoes I purchased were labeled as size 43, and the seller assured me that they were. However, after only two hours of wearing them, I realized they were a size 41 and extremely tight. When I went to the Skechers website, I discovered that the shoes were for women. That was not mentioned by the store employee who sold them to me. When I contacted the store, the manager was adamant that no exchanges could be made because the shoes had already been worn. I'm hoping for a quick resolution to my problem. I'd like to exchange the product I purchased for the correct size and gender-appropriate shoes. Athletic footwear department, Skechers Forum Mall.
