Blockchain.com Sent Account Verification Emails Without My Registration

18

Starting on March 8, 2026, I began receiving emails to my Outlook address from Blockchain.com regarding account creation and verification in my name. Even though I have never registered on Blockchain.com and have never had an account on this platform, I continue to receive verification emails as if an account is being created using my information. So far, I have received a total of three such verification emails, all of which were filtered into my spam folder.

Due to security concerns, I have not clicked on any verification or unsubscribe links in these emails, nor have I accessed the Blockchain.com website. I am seriously concerned that my email address is being used without my knowledge or consent and that this situation may pose potential security risks.

I request that Blockchain.com immediately identify and close any account that has been created or attempted to be created using my email address, permanently remove my email address from their systems, and ensure that I no longer receive any emails of this nature. I also request a thorough security investigation to determine whether my personal data and email address have been misused, and that I be informed of the results.
