Blockchain.com Withholding Funds After Multiple Payments

After my complaint numbered 352324**, Blockchain.com still has not paid me my money. Their finance manager, H*** Ç***, is someone who keeps asking for more payments but never actually completes the transfer. We had a long conversation recently, and he requested another payment, saying that if I paid it, they would transfer the full amount in one transaction. He also threatened that if I didn’t make the payment, my account would be closed and my funds would be sent to the central bank.

I struggled to find the money and made the payment as requested. However, as expected, no payment was made again. Now, they are no longer answering my calls or responding to my messages.
