I have been using my Skechers shoes with great care, yet the sole became deformed and developed holes. Despite this obvious defect, my claim was not covered under warranty. The excuse? "It's not a production issue." This reasoning is laughable! If only production-related defects are covered, why bother advertising a 2-year warranty?
