Skechers Manufacturing Error And Use Of Poor Quality Materials




I purchased a Skechers product about 7 months ago, and one month later, the top layer of the product began to peel off. I sent it to the return service twice, and both times they said there was no manufacturing error and returned it. I noticed the lower parts of the peeling area were torn about a month ago. Because I was out of town, I took it to Skechers when I returned to Istanbul last week. They responded today that there was no manufacturing error in the message they sent me. Even representatives from the seller stated that the product was defective. However, the company refuses. I've been buying Skechers products for years, and this is the first time I've encountered a situation like this. It was a product I would recommend to anyone I knew. However, after my experience with the final product, I will not recommend it to anyone and will not purchase it myself. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
