Skechers Rejected My Claim for Tearing Shoes After Six Months of Use

After six months of using my Skechers shoes, I observed that the inner sides of both shoes began to tear. The problem I noticed on both shoes indicates a clear flaw in the quality of the material. I applied to report the issue, but it was turned down with the reasoning that Skechers found no problems in their production process. This reply seemed to brush off my concerns and didn't provide any solid proof or thorough examination. I anticipated more from a brand that promotes itself as providing top-notch products. Being ignored has made me feel unappreciated as a customer. Because of this absence of responsibility, I have chosen to pursue legal action to resolve the issue properly.
