Hello, I bought two pairs of shoes for my wife from your Skechers store at Samsun Piazza. One of them was the Max Protect model. After just two days, the insole came off, so I took it back to the store, and they exchanged it for a new one. When I asked the store staff about the possibility of such an issue with a brand like Skechers, they said it's extremely rare, like one in a million. Otherwise, I was considering not buying the shoes. after 15 days, I brought the shoes back for another check, and this time, the insole had come off again. It seems like the glue gave out. The other pair I bought from your store is still in great condition, and I don't think this issue is due to my use. I believe it's a production problem. I want to send the shoes back for further inspection rather than exchanging them in the store. I'm curious to know how I could have caused a problem in just 15 days of use. If the resolution is not satisfactory, I kindly request the rejection reports for the shoes. No one wants to spend big bucks on shoes that can only be worn for 15 days. I don't want to harm your Skechers store or put myself through unnecessary trouble. I appreciate your attention to this matter. I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my spouse from your Skechers store at Samsun Piazza. One of them was the Max Protect model. After 2 days, I took the shoes back to the store because the insole had come apart, and they replaced it with a new pair. When I asked the store staff about the likelihood of such an issue occurring with a brand like Skechers, they said it was a one-in-a-thousand or even one-in-a-million chance. Otherwise, I would have decided not to buy the shoes. I took the shoes home, and after 15 days, I brought them back to the store for inspection because the insole had shifted and the adhesive had failed.

The other pair of shoes I bought from your store has been used by my spouse without any issues and is still very comfortable. However, I do not believe that the problem with the mentioned shoes is due to any misuse on my part; I think it is a manufacturing defect. I will not take the shoes from the store and will send them for further inspection. I request a replacement for these shoes. I am also curious about what kind of misuse I could have done within 15 days. If the result does not satisfy me, I request that the rejection report be sent to me. No one wants to spend 7000 - 8000 on a pair of shoes that can only be worn for 15 days. I do not wish to prolong this process to harm the Skechers store or cause myself any distress. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter.

The store did not have the same product in the same size on the 8th, so they requested it by cargo, and it arrived at the store on the 16th. That is why there is such a date difference between the receipts. Please note, I am sending pictures of all three. I request either a refund or a different pair of shoes other than Max Protect.

Why are you searching for a solution where there isn't one? The customer representative could only say that they can't comment on the report and that you can resend it; they said it was a user error. What kind of user error could there be with a 15-day-old shoe, or why wasn't it a user error when my shoes were replaced in the first two days? What can I possibly do to a shoe as a user error other than wearing it? Shoes are meant to be worn and serve no other purpose. Are we filling them with sand and hauling it to construction sites? Can you provide me with a solution? As long as no solution is provided, I am well aware that the court route is open, and I don't want your store or myself to be unnecessarily burdened or have our names tarnished. If there is something we can solve, let's solve it. If not, let's not waste time saying "call customer service." I will then look for my own solution accordingly. As a good customer with the best intentions, I have always recommended your store and have always been satisfied until now. Why is there such a big issue with this shoe when there were no problems with the other shoes I bought? Did I forget how to use shoes with this one? Please give me an answer.
