I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my spouse from your Skechers store at Samsun Piazza. One of them was the Max Protect model. After 2 days, I took the shoes back to the store because the insole had come apart, and they replaced it with a new pair. When I asked the store staff about the likelihood of such an issue occurring with a brand like Skechers, they said it was a one-in-a-thousand or even one-in-a-million chance. Otherwise, I would have decided not to buy the shoes. I took the shoes home, and after 15 days, I brought them back to the store for inspection because the insole had shifted and the adhesive had failed.
The other pair of shoes I bought from your store has been used by my spouse without any issues and is still very comfortable. However, I do not believe that the problem with the mentioned shoes is due to any misuse on my part; I think it is a manufacturing defect. I will not take the shoes from the store and will send them for further inspection. I request a replacement for these shoes. I am also curious about what kind of misuse I could have done within 15 days. If the result does not satisfy me, I request that the rejection report be sent to me. No one wants to spend 7000 - 8000 on a pair of shoes that can only be worn for 15 days. I do not wish to prolong this process to harm the Skechers store or cause myself any distress. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter.

Attached are the receipts:
- 1 store inspection support form
- 1 invoice dated 06.11.2023 for the purchased products
- 1 invoice dated 16.11.2023
The store did not have the same product in the same size on the 8th, so they requested it by cargo, and it arrived at the store on the 16th. That is why there is such a date difference between the receipts. Please note, I am sending pictures of all three. I request either a refund or a different pair of shoes other than Max Protect.
