Skechers Factory Defects Are Not Covered By The Warranty

We purchased three pairs of Skechers shoes, and unfortunately, two of them proved to be problematic as they developed openings on the sides. It's important to note that these shoes were not bought on sale; we purchased them during the regular season when prices were higher. We use them regularly, maintaining them meticulously. We acquired these shoes at Istanbul Metropol AVM, and upon encountering issues, they suggested we send them to Samsun for assessment.

To our disappointment, we received a message stating that the product cannot be exchanged. During the purchase, they assured us that the brand stands by its customers in every situation, offering exchanges and returns without hesitation. I've experienced various brands throughout my life, and people consider carefully how a renowned brand treats its customers. Whether the shoes are replaced or not, I, along with those around me, share this experience in every setting.

If there is no production error within three months, why did a pair of shoes develop a side opening? I've had no issues with shoes from other brands I've used for years. The question arises – why should I consider buying from Skechers again when their support for their products seems questionable?

I have never regretted dealing with a brand that doesn't stand behind its product anywhere. What does it mean to do your job and sell a 3-month-old product to the customer? Clean and meticulous use, and then the treatment received, calling the customer and saying write this wherever you want. Shame on you, RAM or whoever you are, for the money I invested in you.

What happened to make you do all sorts of tricks and schemes so that your product is never bought? You roam around the store like a bunch of liars, and then when a return is requested within 30 days, you say it can only be exchanged. I bought shoes for at least 4000 TL, and in less than 3 months, they are already bad. Do you think I’m stupid enough to use them poorly after spending that much money? You’ve set up the scam well. I will complain everywhere and do everything I can to make my voice heard.
