Skechers Max Protecth Shoes Wore Out in 3 Months and Hurt My Ankles

I purchased the Skechers Max Protecth model shoes 5 months ago from the Samuray Sport store for ₺4,799. I mainly used the product for daily wear, but after about 3 months, the shoes began to wear out, and from the worn areas, I started experiencing discomfort as both shoes pressed painfully against my ankles while walking. I can no longer wear them because they hit my ankles in a very uncomfortable way. There is likely a hard plastic material inside that, once worn, became exposed. Previously, I had already sent the shoes for inspection through the store due to water leakage, but I received a negative response, stating that no manufacturing defect was found. Now, I sent them again for inspection due to the wear and ankle discomfort, but once more, I received a negative response. In both cases, I did not receive the support I expected from either the store or Skechers. My receipt number is 000022. The fact that the product developed so many problems in such a short time and no solution was offered despite being sent for inspection twice has left me aggrieved. My primary request is a refund, and if that is not possible, then a replacement.
You sent me the letter you included with the shoes again by email. I don't want to hear the same things from you. I am expecting a solution.
