I purchased Skechers GO Flex Walk shoes through Boyner with order number 1022524180. After just three months, the shoes began to fall apart, as shown in the attached photos. I sent them to Skechers for inspection three times, and every claim was denied, stating there was no issue related to production or materials. They even suggested I had washed the shoes in a machine, which is completely untrue.
I spent thousands on these shoes, expecting quality, but they couldn’t last more than a few months. It’s disappointing to see Skechers has shifted to a profit-focused approach, neglecting customer satisfaction. Selling the product seems to be their only goal, leaving customers unsupported when issues arise. I demand a proper resolution for this defective product.
