I purchased a black Skechers puffer jacket in size L from their store. The label on the jacket clearly stated it was suitable for dry cleaning or washing. I sent the jacket to Skechers for inspection, but they rejected my claim, blaming the issue on user error. This response is unacceptable. I followed the care instructions provided on the label, and now my ₺4500 jacket is completely ruined.
I demand Skechers take responsibility and either provide a refund or replace the jacket. Ignoring this issue is not acceptable for a premium brand.
