I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes in June, and within just six months, they completely fell apart. When I bought the shoes, the sales representative at the Ankara Nata Vega store highly praised their durability and quality, which clearly didn’t hold up.
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of support from Skechers. For a brand of this reputation, I expected much better. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, including a replacement for the defective shoes. Skechers, please take responsibility and address this matter promptly.
