On September 1, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes for my husband from the Ankara Nata Vega AVM store. Despite being only six months old, the shoes are falling apart. We reported the issue to Skechers with photos, and they denied responsibility after reviewing just three images, claiming it was not a manufacturing defect.
What’s even more frustrating is that my husband barely used them. He primarily drives rather than walks, and during the winter months, he wore boots, meaning the shoes were actually used for less than four months—yet they are completely damaged. Skechers advertises a two-year warranty, but when an issue arises, they refuse to take action.
What exactly does this warranty cover? As a premium-priced brand, Skechers should stand behind its products. I demand either a full refund or a replacement pair. I did not pay this much for shoes that would fall apart in months!
