On Saturday, March 25th, I bought a pair of shoes with cash from your Skechers location in Gaziantep Sanko Park. I went to return the shoes on Tuesday, March 28th, but they said they couldn't process the refund because they didn't have enough cash in the register. I told them it's unacceptable for a corporate company that can sell 3,000 TL shoes to not have 3,000 TL in their cash register, but they still refused to process the refund. We want customer service to make the necessary arrangements so that our refund is processed before the return deadline. This is completely ridiculous. It's not my fault that they don't have enough money to issue a refund. They should be more prepared and professional, especially given the size of Skechers. I'm very dissatisfied with their service and the way they handled the situation. It's not fair that I have to wait for a refund because they are unable to manage their cash flow properly.
