I Face Warranty Rejection for Skechers GO Run Trail Altitude 2.0 With Ankle Tear

I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Run Trail Altitude 2.0 Ravine shoes about a month ago from the Bilt Skechers store at İzmir Optimum Mall. After a short period of use, tears started to appear around the ankle area of the shoes. I returned them to the store under warranty, and they were sent in for inspection. However, I was later informed that the issue was not considered a manufacturing defect, and my request was denied.

I find this unacceptable because the shoes were worn for only a short time under normal conditions. Such damage should not occur so quickly in a supposedly high-quality product. I am requesting that my defective pair be replaced under warranty and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
