On 06.06.2025, my spouse purchased a pair of Skechers Air-Cooled sneakers for me at the Izmir Agora Skechers store. I did not wear them for about 1.5 months after purchase, and later began using them about three times per week. Very quickly, I noticed a serious issue: the soles stick to marble, ceramic, and concrete floors like a vacuum, producing a loud and uncomfortable noise every time I walk. Despite testing them multiple times, the problem persists.

I returned to the store with the invoice and support form no. 1-r-7-12886204. The staff listened to my complaint and sent the shoes for inspection. About a week later, I was informed that there was no production defect and that my return request was denied. The shoes are still under warranty, yet I have been offered no solution despite clear evidence of the issue. I even have photos and videos that demonstrate the problem.

I find it unacceptable that a pair of sneakers priced at ₺3,899.31 should cause this kind of discomfort and receive no support from the brand. I demand either a replacement pair or a full refund of the purchase price. I expect Skechers to take responsibility and resolve this matter promptly.
