Defective Skechers D'lites New Journey Mauve Gray Shoes from Hepsiburada Seller

I purchased Skechers brand D'lites New Journey Mauve Gray shoes from the Koray Spor seller on Hepsiburada on November 12, 2022. Within a year, the front of the shoe began to separate. When Hepsiburada was notified, a customer service representative mentioned the one-year Hepsiburada guarantee and suggested sending the shoes in for inspection. They sent me the attached report after the inspection. Within a year, the product images and condition of the Skechers D'lites model are unacceptable. Furthermore, the shoes were returned in worse condition than I had sent them (as shown in the photo). Hepsiburada records contain the original images. I'm not looking for a refund, but rather a replacement of the same brand and model. I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee if necessary.
