iPad Storage Full Error Won’t Go Away After Deleting Photos

14

Since yesterday, we have been receiving an “iPad storage full” warning on our Apple iPad 10. My friend owns the device, and initially, the issue seemed to be resolved after deleting one photo. However, the same warning appeared again afterward. Today, we deleted approximately 104 and then another 28 photos, but despite this, we still receive the “storage full” error—especially when trying to record a video—and we are unable to shoot videos.

Even after deleting photos, it seems like there is no decrease in storage usage on the tablet. This issue is completely preventing us from recording videos. The storage continuing to appear full despite deleting files is causing us significant inconvenience.

We request that Apple resolve this “storage full” error on our iPad 10, perform the necessary checks to ensure that storage space is actually freed up, and restore the device to a condition where we can record videos without any issues.
