On April 20, 2026, at around 10:00 PM, 747 Pi Coins were transferred from my Pi Wallet within the Pi Network app to another wallet without my knowledge or consent. The date of this transaction coincides exactly with the day my lockup period was fully released, and I definitely did not perform this transfer.
I have never shared my wallet information, passwords, or any access credentials with anyone, and I store my passwords securely and carefully. Despite this, an unauthorized transfer was made from my wallet, which strongly suggests a serious security vulnerability. I have the transaction ID and screenshots related to this activity and can provide them upon request.
Following this incident, I contacted the Pi Network support team, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of response has further increased my frustration and inconvenience.
My primary request is that the 747 Pi Coins transferred without my consent be fully returned to my wallet. Additionally, I request a detailed security investigation into how this unauthorized transfer occurred, identification and resolution of any potential system vulnerabilities, and that I be provided with a written explanation of the findings.
