Unjustly Labeled a Banned Customer by Sixt Rent a Car

Sixt Rentacar at Sabiha Gökçen Airport has been a loyal and frequent customer of mine. Despite the fact that I have never had any problems, they have labeled me as a banned customer, preventing me from making online reservations. When I contacted their headquarters, I was told that I could not rent a car. I double-checked my Findeks score and found no problems. Furthermore, I've rented from them more than ten times in the past with no issues. Despite the fact that I rented a car only 5 months ago, they have inexplicably barred me. This is both frustrating and unjust. I urge them to reconsider the situation, lift the ban, and explain their actions. As a loyal customer, I am entitled to better treatment and an end to this unjust restriction.
