Sixt Pristina Hasn't Refunded My Deposit After 2 Months

I rented a car from Sixt Pristina, and they promised to refund my deposit within 15 days. However, it has now been two months, and I still haven’t received my €800 deposit. I’ve reached out multiple times via their WhatsApp contact, but I haven’t received any response. I frequently travel to Balkan countries for work, but I will no longer be using their services due to this experience. It feels like they’ve just taken my money, and I expect a resolution and my deposit to be refunded immediately. This level of service is unacceptable.
