Sixt Bosnia Herzegovina Airport Unreturned Deposit (500 EUR) Complaint
On February 20, 2024, I decided to rent a car for a day at the Sixt Bosnia Herzegovina Airport. After I brought back the vehicle, they charged a 500 EUR deposit to my card. Unfortunately, it has been 21 business days since the return date, and I still haven't received a refund for the deposit.
I've tried reaching out to Sixt to ask about the refund, but it's disappointing that they haven't given me any updates or an estimated timeline for when I'll get my money back.
