Sixt Failed to Process My Cancellation and Refund for Car Rental Reservation

I canceled my car rental reservation with Sixt due to incorrect dates. When I asked the customer representative for a confirmation email regarding the cancellation, they refused, claiming they couldn’t provide one. How am I supposed to know if the cancellation was processed correctly? They told me to check with my bank, but seven days later, I still had not received my refund.
When I called again, I was told the reservation was never canceled. Now, I am left without proof of cancellation, and my payment has not been refunded. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution, including a full refund and proper documentation of the cancellation process.
