Hello, I accidentally made a reservation with Sixt Rent a Car and canceled it right away through the app. Since then, I’ve been trying to get a clear answer on when my payment will be refunded and whether any deductions will be applied. So far, I’ve received no helpful information from customer service—they simply don’t give any clear answers.
I need to know if I will get my money back in full or if there will be any unjust charges for a reservation that was canceled immediately. It’s frustrating not knowing what to expect after such a simple mistake that was corrected within minutes.
