Sixt Rent A Car Charged My Account Without Consent and Ignored My Refund Requests
Sixt Rent A Car has been withdrawing money from my account without my knowledge or approval, and to make matters worse, they still haven’t refunded a previous charge that they were supposed to return. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, and despite repeated calls and follow-ups, no one has ever responded.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Not only are they taking money without my authorization, but they’re also refusing to communicate or resolve a refund that is clearly owed to me. I’ve given them more than enough time and opportunities to fix this.
Sixt, I’m done waiting. If I don’t receive a full explanation and refund immediately, I will be filing a legal complaint with the prosecutor’s office this Monday. I take this seriously and will not let it go. Customers deserve transparency and respect—not unauthorized charges and silence.
