Gotogate Canceled Singapore Airlines Ticket and Deducted Refund Amount

For my trip to Bali scheduled between October 12, 2025 and October 23, 2025, I purchased an airline ticket operated by Singapore Airlines through Gotogate. My order number is 1085-024-282, and I completed the payment by credit card on August 4, 2025. However, my ticket was canceled on August 5, 2025 due to a technical issue. I paid a total of $1,666 for this ticket. After the cancellation, I contacted Gotogate through its Turkish-language online support platform, where I was informed that instead of a full refund, an amount of $1,608 would be refunded within 3–5 days. This means a commission was deducted for a service that I never received. In addition, because the refund process was delayed, I was unable to purchase a more affordable ticket from another airline, as I had to wait for this refund to be completed before booking a new flight. As a first-time customer of this company, I experienced clear hardship due to this situation. I am requesting that the full amount I paid be refunded promptly and in full, without any commission deduction.
