Booking.com Flight Ticket Email Error Left Me Without Booking Information

On November 9, 2025, I purchased round-trip tickets from Booking.com for flights operated by Singapore Airlines. The itinerary was departure on November 9, 2025, and return on November 23, 2025, for two passengers: İ** Ç**** and Z**** Ç****. Unfortunately, during the booking process, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address. Because of this error, I never received my ticket details or flight confirmation.

I made the purchase without creating a Booking.com account and paid a total of ₺52,000 using my Yapı Kredi credit card. I know exactly what the incorrect email address is, and I have the payment receipt and booking confirmation details on hand. Despite having all this evidence, I have been unable to correct the mistake.

Over the past five days, I have tried to resolve this by contacting Booking.com via both email and phone at least 20 times. Yet I have received absolutely no response. When I reached out to Singapore Airlines, they explained that because the tickets were purchased through a third-party platform, they could not assist me directly for security reasons.

This lack of support has left me in a very stressful situation. Without the corrected email, I have no way to access my flight details.

I urgently request that Booking.com update my booking with the correct email address and resend my flight tickets and itinerary to the right contact. I also expect an official apology for the lack of communication and a commitment that such critical issues will be handled more responsibly in the future.
