Sinbo shd 7097 Hairdryer Failed After Few Uses


On September 7, 2023, I purchased a Sinbo deep fryer. The first time we cooked potatoes, it turned out great. Then later in the day, I cooked chicken without touching the device and placed it in the box. However, I noticed that it heats up too much, to the point where you could burn your hand. The next morning, I fried something again, but the result was not as successful as the first day. The device, which cooked perfectly in 15 minutes on the first day, is now struggling. Additionally, a crack appeared on the handle. I was disappointed and called customer service, but was told it was not during working hours. I hope to receive good service tomorrow; otherwise, I will contact Consumer Rights. I chose Sinbo over other brands, thinking it was better, but seeing complaints here, I'm honestly concerned.

I had bought a Sinbo brand deep fryer from the Şok market. It was fine on the first day, but the next day it stopped cooking and the food remained raw. The handle had cracked, possibly due to the heat. After writing a complaint here, I was contacted and unfortunately, I had to send the product for repair after just one day of use. This is already a major disgrace; it's unacceptable for a one-day-old product to need repairs. Anyway, the product was sent for repair, the pot was problematic, and the handle was replaced. When I opened the product, it was extremely dusty. As I was wiping it, I noticed it was broken. I hadn't even taken it out of the box yet. If it weren't for the dust, I might not have noticed and would have just taken it out and used it, and that breakage could have caused me problems. I am addressing Sinbo brand here: I sent the product back as a return. Either you send a new product or refund the money. Otherwise, I have videos, which I also sent to your WhatsApp line, and I will apply to Consumer Rights. During this period, my grievance also needs to be addressed. Carrying that huge box back and forth has worn me out. We are being humiliated with our own money.
