Sinbo shd 7097 Hairdryer Failed After Few Uses

For the first time in my life, I purchased a Sinbo product (Sinbo sfh-3394 infrared heater 2000W). The product broke within the first year, and last week I sent it for service. While packing the product, I carefully placed it in the box to support the legs on the sides (to prevent damage to the cord). They claimed to have repaired the product and sent it back to me, but now, when it reaches room temperature, it turns off. Then it turns back on after a second. It doesn't stay on continuously and doesn't turn off completely. Besides that, the packaging quality was so awful and careless; it's just indescribable. Even a 10-year-old could have packed it better. Moreover, they simply took off the legs of the product without putting in much effort. I have no way to contact customer service; they don't answer my calls in the morning. Now I have a broken product without legs. I can't find a contact person to say that they sent the item without legs. The company has made me experience the phrase "I am not rich enough to buy cheap products."
