For the past 2 years, I have been using the Thermomix, specifically the TM5 model. Due to the purchase of a Cook KEY, I have been granted free access to the COOKİD00 website, owned by the Vorwerk company, which includes Thermomix. For this website, I have received vouchers assigned by the Vorwerk company, specifically Thermomix Turkey. Most recently, after my inquiry on July 26, 2023, I was granted a free 3-month voucher. However, I was unable to redeem this voucher on the Cookidoo website after only 2 days. When contacting customer service, I was informed that the voucher was no longer valid, and I would now have to pay for a voucher on the website.
This development raises some questions for me. Is such an approach fair? Are once-granted rights simply revoked? Does customer satisfaction not matter? The unusual, negative, and unresolved reaction of the company regarding customer service has disappointed me since I purchased the product (the Thermomix as a kitchen machine, of which I was previously unaware). In particular, the fact that the company presented video-based recipes such as visual lemonades or any recipes and then acted so problematically in customer service leaves me upset and inclined to file a complaint.
Additionally, despite long waiting times and my position as the first caller, I often receive no response from the call center when I call. It compels me to formally complain about the customer service of this company. Such an approach should not be acceptable. I insist particularly on my right.
