Sinbo shd 7097 Hairdryer Failed After Few Uses


On July 28, 2023, we purchased a Sinbo fan at Media Markt. The fan broke very quickly. On August 19, 2023, we took it to the store where we bought it and explained the problem. They took the fan and said they would contact us as soon as possible. It's been more than 10 days, and no one has called or inquired. We bought it to cool down in the heat, but the product is not with us. There are no calls either. Sinbo is a Turkish brand that exports its products. We thought they had good customer service. We chose this brand. However, we are now having difficulties resolving the issue. I can't believe the brand is like this. I'm waiting for someone from Sinbo to contact me and solve my problem.
