Simple Premium Took Money From My Bank Account Without Consent

1

Last month, I purchased a discounted subscription to the Simple Premium app through the App Store. I canceled the discounted subscription on the same day and, believing that my subscription had ended, stopped using the app. Despite this, I discovered a charge of approximately $54 from Simple Premium on my Yapı Kredi bank account on October 5, 2026.

Simple Premium does not currently appear in my Apple subscriptions, and it is not listed among my active subscriptions. Therefore, I cannot understand why such a large amount was charged or which subscription the payment was based on. I also could not find any clear information or notification about this charge within the app or on the App Store.

I request that Simple Premium and the relevant parties refund the approximately $54 charged without my knowledge or consent as soon as possible. If this payment was based on any agreement or subscription, I also request a clear, understandable written explanation identifying the specific agreement or subscription that authorized the charge.
