Simple Premium Charged Me After Subscription Cancellation

July 1 5:10 AM3

I had previously subscribed to the Simple Premium service, but after noticing that money was being withdrawn from my account repeatedly one after another, I deleted the Simple app and cancelled my subscription. Despite this, a new withdrawal was made again yesterday. Yesterday, ₺1,574.21 was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi bank card without my consent. In the past as well, multiple amounts had been taken from me, and in return I was only refunded ₺699 even though the total withdrawals were much higher. I find it very unfair that I am put in this situation, because money is not easily earned and I do not want to feel as if customers are being taken lightly. I request that my Simple Premium subscription be completely and permanently cancelled in all forms, and that all unjust and unauthorized amounts withdrawn from my account, including the latest ₺1,574.21 be fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
