Silkroad Online Premium Silk Misplacement After Purchase

I recently returned to Silkroad Online after a long break and encountered an issue. After loading 400 silks into my account and purchasing Premium through the website for my character, Knidos z**, I made a mistake. Due to an error, these silk items are now showing up in the inventory of my Teos z** character.
These silks are untouched, acquired today, and have not been used or transferred to the character's inventory. When seeking assistance for transferring the silk to my intended character, Knidos z**, I was told there is no option for a refund or transfer. The silk item is unused and has not been added to the character's inventory.
