I Paid for PK XD Plus but Didn’t Receive Diamonds or Premium Ticket Access

For the past month, I’ve been experiencing serious issues with missing diamonds in PK XD despite making verified payments. I purchased the Plus feature using a credit card, and although the transaction went through, I never received about 200 diamonds in total. On top of that, even for smaller purchases, the diamonds either arrive incomplete or don’t appear in my account at all. This has become a recurring issue, and it's incredibly frustrating—especially because I genuinely enjoy playing this game.

Additionally, I haven’t been able to access the free Premium ticket from Özgüştv for a long time. Whenever I try to claim it or apply to be a Creator, the system either does nothing or blocks me without showing any error message. I receive no warnings, no confirmations—just nothing. The promised content and perks simply don’t show up in my account.

My username is Ş #1192 and we used a credit card for the transaction. I haven’t reached out to PK XD support yet, but I’ve noticed others are having the same problem recently.

I’m now asking the support team to immediately investigate my account and credit the missing diamonds and Premium ticket without further delay. Please resolve this quickly so I can fully enjoy the game I’ve supported financially.
