Delete My Hacked Telegram Account to Stop Unauthorized Access

I have been using the Telegram mobile application and my account appears to have been hacked. When I try to log in, the app directs me to a “Check Your Email” screen and sends the verification code to an email address that does not belong to me. As seen in the screenshot, the email shown on the screen is different from my own and I cannot receive any login code. Because the verification code is sent to the hacker’s registered email address, I am completely unable to access my account and I have no way to secure it from my side. This situation creates a serious security and privacy concern, as someone else may currently have full control over my account and personal data. I request that my identity and ownership of the account be verified through alternative methods and that I be given access back to my account. If this is not possible, I request that the account associated with this hacked login and email be permanently deleted so that it cannot be misused by others.
