Steam Will Not Let Me Return a Wrong PUBG Item Purchase and I Am Not Getting Help
Hello, I made an in-game purchase in PUBG but I accidentally bought the wrong item. I want to return it, but Steam is not allowing it. If I get a refund, I will purchase another item. I have already sent multiple requests for support, but none of them have been addressed so far. I've been waiting for hours for assistance, but I haven't received any response. It feels unfair that mistakes like these cannot be resolved easily, especially when payments are processed instantly without any issues. It's really strange how there are no issues when it comes to taking the payment. This experience has made me question the customer support policies for resolving such situations.
