I am writing about the permanent suspension of my Free Fire account. When I tried to log in, I saw the message stating that there are abnormal activities with my account and that it has been suspended. My region is India and my UID is 2655728289, nickname Rebelst1358K. I admit that I used the Gringo XP mod menu hack before the ban. I understand that this is against the game rules and I sincerely apologise for this mistake. I respect the efforts of the Free Fire team to keep the game fair. Despite my mistake, I kindly request that you give me one last chance and remove the permanent ban from my account. I am ready to follow all rules from now on and never use any third‑party software again. I have a screenshot of the suspension screen and can share it if needed. I request that my account be reviewed once more and that the permanent ban on my UID 2655728289 be lifted if possible.
