BDG Gaming Rejected My ₹5,000 Withdrawal Request

71

I am writing regarding a serious issue I am experiencing with the BDG gaming platform concerning my withdrawals. Two days ago, on 14.09.2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹5,000 from my BDG account, but the request was marked as “Rejected” in the withdrawal history, with a note asking me to contact customer service. My account, under the name Swati Shende with UID 3149720 and VIP2 status, currently shows a balance of around ₹10,004.99, yet my withdrawal requests are still not being successfully processed. I have been repeatedly told to verify my BDG account even though I have already attempted to follow their instructions multiple times, which is causing a lot of frustration and stress, as my money is stuck on the platform. I request that BDG urgently reviews my account, finalizes any necessary verification steps, and promptly processes my ₹5,000 withdrawal without further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation as to why my previous withdrawal request was rejected despite having sufficient balance in my account.
