Siemens Refrigerator Model KG56NVW30N/03 Has Chronic Issues
We bought a Siemens refrigerator for my mom, trusting the brand's quality. She used it for about 9 years, which isn't a long time for household appliances, especially when you're retired and expect it to be your last refrigerator, having paid more than other models on the market. The refrigerator broke down for the first time in April, during Ramadan. When we called the service, they came to the house, unplugged and reset the device. It started working again temporarily, but they warned us it wouldn't last and advised buying a new refrigerator. They also mentioned that all units with this serial number had similar issues, making repairs costly and uncertain. Clearly, this model has chronic problems. Two months after the temporary repair, it broke down again during Eid al-Adha. We tried contacting stores, but they were closed for the holiday, causing all our sacrificial meat to spoil. Everything melted, emitting a foul odor throughout the house. While others celebrated Eid, we dealt with spoiled food and a smelly home. Even now, the smell lingers whenever you enter. Despite our efforts, Siemens did not support us. Their own employees acknowledge the chronic issues with this model. Siemens knowingly put us at a disadvantage. If you don't compensate for your mistake, please don't call and just apologize. It's clear this product is defective. It's disappointing for such a reputable brand to engage in such practices. We await your response.
