In December 2020, we got ourselves a Siemens TQ505R09 automatic coffee machine. We've cleaned its inner container multiple times in the past, but this time around, my wife and I just couldn't seem to get it clean. We didn't want to push it. Curious if they had any insider knowledge or special techniques to remove it without causing any harm, I decided to bring it to the authorized Hazer service center in Aydın Efeler district, around February 28, 2024. The technician showed up, we told him what was going on, and he brought the machine inside, saying that he couldn't fix it right away and it would have to stay there. A new record was created. I got a call the following day. They said the machine was broken and three parts had to be swapped out. They also said that the price would range from ₺10,000 to ₺11,000. I get the whole deal with the cost of replacing parts, but I was totally taken aback when I found out that the machine wasn't functioning. I didn't want to believe it and strongly disagreed. When I mentioned that the product had insurance from the Media Markt store, they requested that I bring it there. I reached out to customer service at Siemens and Media Markt. On March 1, 2024, I went to the service center to pick up my machine. I made sure to bring along the service registration document and then headed over to Media Markt. I had brought my coffee machine in for a routine procedure, but the authorized service returned it to me in a defective state. The product is currently priced at approximately ₺28,000. During this whole ordeal, I was on the hunt for a fix and eventually made my way back to the service center. I described what happened. The owner and his son showed up. They defended themselves by accusing me of using disrespectful attitudes and expressions. Now it's clear to me that I have zero trust in this service center. It's possible that they deliberately caused damage or swapped out the reliable parts with faulty ones. Just wanted to give you a heads-up - it's probably a good idea to be careful. First of all, avoid delivering your product to this location. You might want to consider taking it to service centers in different areas. If you have to leave the item here, just be careful about it. Since I left the product at the service center while taking it to Media Markt with the receipt, I don't have the document, but as Siemens, you can easily access it from the archive or images.

"Hello, they came today and took my device to the workshop. They informed me that it would not be replaced and that a cleaning fee could be charged if necessary. When I spoke with Siemens customer service, I mentioned that the same fee was previously requested for my 1-month-old device, saying it was for general cleaning. Why are we using a Siemens capsule and paying so much money for a 1-month-old device? That's another issue I already raised. I was told it would never be charged. I hope I don't experience the same thing and I want a replacement. I will write about the results again. Thank you."
