Siemens Dishwasher Damaged My Glasses With Scratches and Water Marks

The Siemens SN53IS62MT dishwasher I purchased a year ago has been leaving scratches and water marks on my glasses since day one. This problem persisted, and all my glasses became damaged and unusable. I called the authorized service once to resolve the issue. The service applied various suggestions, such as changing the detergent, changing the machine program, and changing the salt and rinse aid settings, but I did not get any results. Despite all these attempts, the problem of scratches and water marks on my glasses continues. My machine is still under warranty. If my problem cannot be permanently resolved, I request a product replacement or update. I kindly request that my grievance be addressed.
