The service applied various suggestions, such as changing the detergent, changing the machine program, and changing the salt and rinse aid settings, but I did not get any results. Despite all these attempts, the problem of scratches and water marks on my glasses continues. My machine is still under warranty. If my problem cannot be permanently resolved, I request a product replacement or update. I kindly request that my grievance be addressed.
