Siemens iDos Washing Machine Does Not Remove Stains at All

Since the day I bought the Siemens i-Dos washing machine, I’ve called customer service multiple times. They came, checked the machine, and left—but nothing changed. On top of that, they charged a fee every time they visited. The problem remains the same: clothes still come out stained, and we can’t remove any of the marks. I wash on a 4-hour program and use top-quality detergent, but it makes no difference. I even tried changing detergent brands and adjusting the settings, but the results are still disappointing. Customer service offers no solution other than sending a technician again and again. The money I spent feels completely wasted. Buying a Siemens washing machine has definitely been a regret.
